![]() Called Service Dept and he said no update. Gas was 3/4 full and said just return it at same level. ![]() The loaner I received was a Cayenne, scratched/slightly-dented in rear and service light was on. Service Advisor informed me that they’re backed up so I won’t hear from him for about a week. Finally a supervisor/manager asked if I was helped and I told him no so he found my advisor. When I arrived, no one really came out to help. So we made another appointment (2-weeks out) and made arrangements for a loaner. On date of appointment, we informed the tech and he said that we needed to list everything at time of appointment and that he couldn’t service vehicle otherwise. Between the time we made the appointment and the date of the appointment, other things were malfunctioning, like Apple Play not connecting and both keys not working. ![]() Horrible Service Dept! We made an appointment to get our car serviced as display screen was blacking out.
